Workshop was held on containerisation, focusing on Docker and Kubernetes. The core concepts of container technology, explore Docker's components, and utilise Kubernetes for orchestration was explained through real-world scenarios and hands-on labs with practical experience in designing, deploying, and managing container-based networks, preparing them for the future of networking. I was privileged to provide hand on support to the laps in the workshop and present the TAC report in the NOC meeting.  Working as a TAC engineer, encourages me to work-on, test-on and learn different technical areas in LEARN while with the responsibility for providing the technical assistance for LEARN member institutes. Maintaining LIAF, TAC system, Indico, Own cloud for LEARN staff, eduvpn, eduroam and Zvsession request approval is being done. Also Zoom assistance is being provided if it is needed. LEARN shares the knowledge and the technology by having the workshops and webinars for the LEARN institutional professionals. I was able to work as a moderator (registering, updating participants, feedbacks and scheduling) on recent workshops. In Campus Systems Linux Essentials workshop in December 2022, I was be able to support participants on getting idea about package management, filters scripting in Linux and Github. This workshop focusd on setting up and managing an on-premises video conferencing platform using virtualization. It begined with Linux fundamentals and an introduction to virtualization, exploring its benefits and types.   As an instructor in the workshop, I was enable to deliver the sessions on Overview of Proxmox web console, Proxmox Networking and Clustering and the lab sessions on the topics covered. The  workshop on  "Identity Access Management Campus Essential"  focused on strengthening campus IT infrastructure by implementing and upgrading identity access management systems targeting institutional system administrators, the program ensures effective, up-to-date identity access management across campuses.
